THESE PEOPLE CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY HELP & ENJOY WHAT THEY DO!! Love when you call it's not some outsourced foreign answering service! 1st time I called was on Xmas eve and spent 1 1/2hrs on the phone with their rep David! He made it so easy to get everything set up & took so much stress off of me! There's a couple small things I'm figuring out, but they are very fast to answer me back! Their AI chatbot needs some work & some FAQs they should add! Als

Excellent Customer Service I had to add another CC to my already established account to financial troubles I'm going through. This app is useless if you try logging in after you are already set up with a DMP. ACCC may be good at settling debt but the website and app are both atrocious.
