Description

O Cria Certo auxilia produtores e técnicos rurais na tomada de decisões relativas à reprodução animal.

Por meio de simulações, é possível obter respostas a perguntas como:

- Qual o valor a ser pago por um touro melhorador?
- Que relação touro/vacas resulta no melhor custo/benefício?
- O que é melhor do ponto de vista econômico: inseminação artificial, com suas variantes, ou monta natural?

Este aplicativo reúne quatro simuladores com os métodos de reprodução mais relevantes atualmente: monta natural, inseminação artificial em tempo fixo (IATF) mais repasse com touro, duas inseminações em tempo fixo mais repasse com touro e três inseminações em tempo fixo. Ao longo de 15 anos, as práticas reprodutivas na pecuária mudaram. Em 2003, 5% do rebanho era inseminado, hoje o índice está em 10%, com 80% em IATF.
