Cria Planner: Plan Together

One planner for your whole crew.

Cria Planner is a shared family calendar, to-do list, meal planner, notebook and budget in one app, so the school run, the food shop and the summer trip stop living in five different apps. Free for two.

PLAN TOGETHER
Create a shared plan and invite your people. Everyone sees the same events, the same lists and the same notes, updated the moment anyone changes anything. And everyone you invite gets the full app free — one subscription covers the whole family.

MEALS AND THE FOOD SHOP
Plan the week's meals, drag them between days when things change, and every ingredient lands on one shared shopping list — your grocery list, grouped by shop, with the sizes and prices it remembers from last time. Plan ahead from meals you have already cooked, or load a ready-made week. Keep proper recipes, link them to the meals that use them, and send one to another Cria Planner user in a tap.

STOP CHASING EVERYONE
Assign a task to someone and set a reminder that reaches their phone, not just yours. When they forget anyway, nudge them: one tap pings their phone right now, and they answer ""On it"" straight from the notification without opening the app. Built for busy households, forgetful teenagers, and keeping a gentle eye on parents and grandparents.

SPLIT THE COSTS
Give any plan a budget. Log what everyone spends, split it between members — or with guests who don't need the app at all — then settle up in one round where each person ticks off what they've paid. Who owes who, solved.

YOUR WHOLE DAY, ONE SCREEN
My Day gathers today's events, due tasks and pinned notes from every plan into a single feed. Open the app, see what matters, get on with your day.

LET CRIA BUILD IT
Describe the trip or the week ahead and the Cria assistant drafts the whole plan for you, events and tasks and all. Included with Family.

Recent changes:
Food has a tab of its own: meals, shopping list and recipes in one place, with your meal plan ready on first open. "Plan ahead" fills empty days from meals you already cook, and "Load from template" reuses a ready-made week or one of your own. Sharing is now free on every plan — invite whoever you like. Plus formatted notes, task priority and a much faster app when loading a whole week. Thanks for all the feedback!
