Critter Chart: Pet Health Log

Critter Chart is a private health journal for your pets that turns into a clean PDF for your vet whenever you need one.

Between appointments, small things happen: a skipped meal, a limp after a long walk, a cough at night, a pill given or missed. By the time you are in the exam room, the details are gone. Critter Chart keeps them, and hands your vet the whole picture.

REMINDERS THAT KNOW THE SCHEDULE
• Turn on reminders from a medicine and the times fill in from how often it's given: twice daily is 8 AM and 8 PM, every other day, weekly, monthly or once
• Tap Given now on the reminder card, or snooze 15 minutes; one gentle follow-up if a dose isn't logged
• Reminders for routines such as walks and grooming, and for the next vet visit, the evening before and an hour before, with Add to Calendar
• Quiet hours for everything except medicine, Pause all, and hide medicine names in notifications
• Scheduled on your phone by Android; nothing about them leaves it

LOG IN A FEW TAPS
• Symptoms with severity and notes, with quick chips for the common ones
• Medications as courses: route, stop date, Today: 1 of 2, and Give now for every dose; one dose for several pets at once; Critter Chart asks "Still giving it?" when a medicine has gone quiet
• Weigh-ins in lb, kg or grams, with an honest trend line on a labeled scale that includes weights taken at the clinic
• Home readings such as blood glucose, temperature and heart rate, charted over time
• Vet visits with clinic, veterinarian, reason, diagnosis, treatment, and a photo or the clinic's PDF attached
• Food and water, routines, photos on symptoms and notes, and Questions for the vet that surface when you log the next visit
• Groomer, farrier and dentist visits alongside vet visits
• Quick date picks such as Last night or 3 days ago, because you rarely log in the moment

HAND YOUR VET THE WHOLE PICTURE
• Email to vet opens your mail app with the packet attached and the clinic's address filled in
• Choose a range: all time, 12, 6 or 3 months, since the last visit, or from any date
• The PDF has a cover in your pet's color with their photo, an at-a-glance summary, a current medications table, your questions for the vet, a weight-trend chart, and every entry in full; clinic PDFs ride along in the email
• One pet or your whole household in a single packet
• Send a pet's complete record to another phone; opening the file in Critter Chart adds the pet there

EVERY KIND OF PET
Dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, birds, reptiles, fish, horses and more, each with their own color, photo and profile. Enter an exact birthday or just an approximate age.

BACKED UP TO A FOLDER YOU CHOOSE
Pick a backup folder once, on the phone or in Google Drive, and every change is mirrored there automatically. On a new phone, choose the same folder and Critter Chart restores your pets. You can also back up to a file any time.

REMEMBERS THE ONES WHO HAVE PASSED, AND THE ONES WHO MOVED ON
Mark a pet as in memory, or as adopted or rehomed if you foster. Their history stays, exportable and sendable, tucked into its own section under your other pets.

ONE SMALL AD
Every feature is included. One small banner shows on Your Pets, never on a pet's page, a form or the PDF. A one-time Remove ads purchase takes it away for good.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No accounts and no analytics. The ad is never personalized, and nothing from your pets' records is shared with the ad provider. Nothing about you or your pets is ever sent to us; Critter Chart's own only request is a once-a-day check for updates, which you can turn off. Your data lives on your phone and in the backup folder you choose; it leaves only when you export or send it. Export everything as CSV any time.
