I don't even have a Chromebook and will give these 4 stars to make up for some of you Looney Tunes that give it 1 star and say it's spying on us. If you're so worried about companies spying on you, ask your Alexas how they feel about that, then turn them all off, along with your Google Homes and ALL your smartphones tablets and related smart devices and go outside to watch your grass grow ya dingbats. Those WITH an Android phone AND Chromebook are likely grateful this app links their devices.

As usual the reviews are from people who can't educate themselves on what this is. It is part of the core Android OS, all Google have done is separated it out from the system-wide updates, so they can update it on a more regular basis. The stupid among us would believe that their phones can be compromised if a 'hacker' added it to their own Chromebook. It doesn't work like that, you have to physically accept the link between the 2 devices using your phone.

I wrote to the linked email contact. It failed to be delivered, possible "it may not exist" was a reason offered. Add to the list of apps taking up space. Please make its delete permanent & not another 'disable'. No response. This is if you have a Chromebook & I don't. Just like I don't have the available space taken by this app,

If u gonna force apps on our phones like this for Chromebook how about u send us a Chromebook too? Then we'll actually have use for this forced app. I don't see what's so difficult about making them optional to download if we actually have use for them, wat good is this app for people who don't use a Chromebook? The same goes for ur Pixel Buds app I don't have Pixel Buds maybe google should have included them when I bought my phone or is it even my phone? Apparently It's not since google controls it

Can't connect to Chromebook. It may be because I do not own one. But great app. Wish there was a system app to connect to the Ferrari I don't have, or the jumbo jet I also do not have. 3000 system apps to connect to stuff we don't have is a great idea. We still can't connect ... but ... we can't connect easily. 3:-)

I don't have a Chromebook & why is this pre-installed on my phone. I thought this is cross device across Windows or macOS as well, but I was wrong. Should be an auto install by the time I start using a Chromebook, if that's possible. Otherwise, don't preload this please. And it's not like it's uninstallable via Settings. Have to uninstall it via ADB for a complete removal.
