First off this is a great bank! The ladies at the Syracuse branch are top-notch! As far as the app it is a great improvement over the last. The accounts that are on the top of the main page can be smaller. They are large and take up a good amount of real estate on the screen. This would allow for less scrolling of recent transactions. There could be an "accounts" icon next to the settings cog to allow easier access to the main accounts screen. Or even a small row of icons for the other pages.

I like the old app it actually kept track of your purchases. This app your purchases don't show up till days later. Please fix this app. Transactions aren't showing up till days later. And when my check gets deposited it disappears the next day. It's Nov 2023 your due for an update. Also, the app needs a real update. It's very old school. Give it a new look and more options like to apply for a loan online. I've heard of other banks you can apply for car loans through the app.

VERY BASIC, THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM RELIEVING THE STIMULUS CHECKS. ON ALL 3 CHECKS SO FAR IVE GOTTEN THEM WAY PAST THE DATE THE STIMULUS STATUS SITE PROVIDED. BLAND AND THEY STILL USE HORSE BACK DELIVERED TELEGRAMS
