I love this game and am on day 370 of a playing streak. Used to work fine. Then all of a sudden, it wouldn't give me credit for puzzle packs, drops out in the middle of puzzle packs, then won't let you back in. Also, you have to finish the entire puzzle pack. If you don't, you can't get back in and lose your coins as well. Very frustrating!! I have also contacted support at least 3 times with no help. Sad because it seems a lot of people really enjoy this game! 😞

I enjoy this app for the most part; however, I can't help but wonder why all of a sudden I can only earn 5 coins per day. It seems as though there are no videos available now to watch to earn coins. I used to be able to see videos and earn, but now it just spins and then shows no ads available. Makes me lose interest. Very disappointing. Not willing to purchase coins (why would anybody?) Would like to see this improved and back to the way it was before, where you could earn multiple coins.

The banner ad blocks the entire top row of the crossword puzzle. Used to be fun to play, but this is just annoying.

I've tried 3 times to purchase coins. Three times it charged my account, but I never received the coins I purchased. I've tried several way to contact you, but I never have any success. You are now owed me over $30 in coins. I really like this crossword game, but I'm done with all of this. I want my money or my coins. Hope to get some kind of response. Any thoughts or suggestions?
