Update on 6/30/2026. They still don't have a person that can help me. Crypto keep asking me to use the app. 🤦🤦 that is the problem the A.I. am off no help at all. My account still frozen. Stay oway from Crypto. The first chance I have I'm closing my account

0 STARS The Worst customer service. I have no access to my account. I have been through the security check list at least 5 times. Reported my card lost, stolen, they locked my account. No customer service number, you cannot speak to anyone other than AI or chat. DO NOT USE. YOU COULD LOSE EVERYTHING YOU INVEST. WHEN I TRY AND RESOLVE THERE IS ZERO SUPPORT FOR THE SMALL TRADER. Beware of YOU WANT ISSUES. I TRIED FOR 2 MONTHS TO GET HELP. IVE GIVEN UP. they still have my little money. UNREAL
