This app works if you use small amounts. The minute you try to exchange large amounts they hold your funds !!! Probably trying to flip it for profit. They don't have the proper liquidity. I've been waiting 2 hours for my money now and nothing.

You cannot make a simple mistake, I lost all even though I show proof that I sent the crypto, wallet address, history, hash, but without the order ID, nobody will be able to help you, Do not use this service, use better an exchange like OKX or By bit with the hash they will help you at once and in 1h max, 13h and Exchange now could not do anything about it, basically Exchange now stole from me.

I have sent a lot of crypto through this platform, and it went well until last night. I sent an exchange through, and it failed, but they didn't return my funds. I contacted them and hours went by with no response. It took over 12 hours for them to decide to send my transfer. They cost me thousands because the purpose for the trade had already skyrocketed.
