Update criteria are not correct. Don't ask under and over while creating alerts. Instead, provide all these: Greater than, Less than, equals to, greater than equals to and less than equals to. Use spinner for matching criteria Instead of dialogue buttons. Last but not least, use professional app icon. Let me know if you need my help.
