That's a decent app and it does, what it says. But for some people it's slightly difficult to understand the need and how it works. But developer does a great job. But this app needs more work to do.

A tad confusing at first. But once you figure this out it is quite good. Could stand to have some tutorial.

App is good, but it'll be great if you add some description or write a blog
for using it as normal people like us don't understand technical terms used
in app... So kindly make a post, so we can use it more efficiently and
effectively... I visited your link in description, but it only contains that
you published your app... As of now I only get that app encrypts your
message, and you need a key for decrypt it... Thanks for sharing your
personal purpose app with us...
★★☆☆☆
This app reportedly uses some (proprietary) algorithm related to Vigenére (broken) and OTP. Due to the key length, this cannot be a true OTP. This is some stream cipher with a very short (24b!) nonce, which makes the cipher vulnerable to xor attack if you are unlucky. The cipher is malleable. TL;DR: Do not use this app for serious cryptography. It is some unreviewed proprietary algorithm with too short nonces.

As a Crypto Stack Exchange moderator, this app almost makes me cry. Your “Customized algorithm with one time pad layer” was the reason to uninstall your app due to its cryptographic security issues. DIY crypto is generally a red flag! Besides that, you say the app has all these nice crypto functionalities in planning, but fact is that your app currently only provides users with a worrying DIY PRNG thingy (why not use a well-vetted KDF?) and a (not even close to the definition of OTP) encryption algo that even accepts an empty key (insert facepalm here). My advice: when you go crypto, don't DIY. Instead, use well-vetted crypto libraries — like Bouncy Castle for example. There's no need to reinvent the wheel and fail security while doing so. (Hint: Does "timing attack" ring a bell? Because your app's DIY algo implementation is currently vulnerable to that. And that's naming just one of several attack vectors it fails.)
