I sent an email and a inside app message to the support...when the support shows the effort and the coins are credited then im going to change my rating.. ..actually still must check if the coins even got sent over..so giving 2 out of 5 till then only as I've not received any reaction to my request for bit.ac support.. I've had an account with Bit.ac for almost two months now, sending Cryptos or tokens to them is a breeze, but when I tried sending Monero and Ethereum from their site, its been 13hrs and its still Pending though its gone from the actual wallet. I have sent messages (ref:59236ba792b08) to support and no response. The fees are also really high, sending 1 XMR has a fee of 0.2 XMS its ridiculous. Yet I still don't have my Cryptos.
