Maybe it's TUI, but why can't it tell you when all of your documentation has been accepted, rather than keep asking you if you have entered it? Why does the app keep prompting you for ski extras when you have already selected and paid for them? Why can't the app put the booking reference directly into the TUI website? Why won't the app let you copy the booking reference for pasting into the TUI website Do better!

Crystal have moved to saying that all information is in the app. The welcome letter contains very little information and points to the app. The app did not contain any of the information. Details of welcome meeting and minimal rep times only posted at the end of our holiday. Pickup return info never appeared. Crystal seem to think that having an app is a replacement for service. Vital info missing on app. Phone no. doesn't get you to the local rep, only call center that didn't answer question.

Doesn't allow to check in. Doesn't let you add boarding pass, no option to change booking extras, ie seats, in-flight extras. Need to login again on TUI site instead. Doesn't allow changes to book or adding extras. Doesn't show details on booking. Ie breakdown of payments, equipment bookings Doesn't tell you which hire shop to go to, needs a link to maps.
