App is updated but here are the list of things that requires to be checked 1. Unable to register visitors 2. Payments made previously is not reflected according so now even the registration for the visitor is removed? When it's supposed to be the other main function?

Very bad app that with a new update rolled out, they phased out the previous paid functions without notice and deemed all previous payment void, then demanded for a new higher payment and contract, leaving the property management and all owners having no access to the system, causing a massive downtime and yet demanding more payment which is ridiculous.

Changed from neighbor to this app, no idea why, but the ui is so simplistic and difficult to navigate compare to the last one. If much prefer neighbor but too bad our management decide to change it. Please offer more personalization option and improve the UI for easier navigation. I hate the fact the screen is so big, but they couldn't include all categories and have to swipe to another page. Please look into how neighbor designs its UI and categories placement and improve it.
