Terrible experience just trying to log in to my account. As others have said, you need an access code from the main website, but this isn't shown anywhere.

To use this app you need to get an activation code by logging on to the main CSSC website on my phone which is very annoying and makes the process a bit of a chore. I don't see why you need to do this at all. Why can't you just log on with email and password instead? Further update.... This app gets worse! Now it asks you to create a pin but once you do that you can't proceed as the 'next' button is at the bottom of the page, and you can only see the very top of the box - can't press!
