I installed the app at their request to access my tickets for an event, only for it to tell me that I hadn't bought any tickets. Needless to say I have, they're on their website and in an email sent to me when I booked, but the app is completely useless.

Waste of time. Ticket barcodes don't show on app. Need to print them out from the website.
