Too many flags, time-outs, and restrictive protocols

Bank shows me as an admin, but every time I call this app, they don't show me as admin and won't help. I had to get another 1800 number from the bank to call and have them fix the problem. This app is incompetent and obviously has no communicate with the bank, it represents.
