CTIBlue Setup

CTIBlue is the official app developed by CTICONTROL to facilitate the configuration and connection of its devices to the brand's digital ecosystem. Its main function is to simplify the initial connection of devices to the internet, which is essential for devices that lack a screen or keyboard for manually entering network information.

Through a Bluetooth connection, the app sends the necessary data to the Wi-Fi module integrated into each device to connect to a wireless network, such as the SSID and password. This makes the installation process much more streamlined, intuitive, and accessible, eliminating the technical complexity that often arises in this type of setup.

With CTIBlue, you can not only register your devices on the web portal, but also manage their registration within the system and verify that the connection to the online platform is stable and secure. All of this ensures that the devices are perfectly integrated and ready to operate in a matter of minutes.

The app is designed to optimize installation time and minimize potential human error during startup. Thanks to its clear interface and step-by-step guided process, any user can successfully complete the setup.

By using CTIBlue, installers and end-users gain peace of mind knowing their devices are properly integrated into CTICONTROL's digital ecosystem, ensuring efficient, reliable operation that is fully integrated with the company's cloud services.
