Comments on Ctronics Pro for Android

Have used on 4 different camera installation locations. Found that Apple appears to encryption password. Then, when trying to access from another apple products, it says wrong password. Work around was programming password for camera. On non apple product then access with settings on apple product.

Great app, still suffers from disconnects (I think that's a camera fault). Ptz control isn't as easy but the playback feature does have a far better timeline feature which makes it easy to use. Some configuration settings have vanished though so have both apps installed to enjoy all features. Although the cameras can lag and disconnect, these are far better than some of the newer models out there.

Bought two cameras from Ctronics over the years. Both of them are still in service and haven't got any issues with them. On the top of everything manufacturer warranty to the end of the life. Nice

I've lost connection to one of my exterior camera with a solar panel. The new app update doesn't compatible for this kind of camera. It can't read the QR code. So I've lost one of my camera. Useless. I asked for refund.

Used to be good ... Constantly unstable app. Never seems to connect to camera when u need it to . Seriously needs updating to run more stable.

TERRIBLE CONNECTION ISSUES. I have 2 of the identical model & neither of them have connected to my Wi-Fi for more than 30 minutes & now they won't connect at all. It's not my Wi-Fi router as my other 12 cameras from other companies like YI IOT, BECLOUD, IPC360, PURVIEW, & ROKU WORK PERFECTLY FINE. When my CTRONICS cameras DID work I liked them but a camera that won't connect is USELESS. I DON'T RECOMMEND BUYING THIS CAMERA UNLESS YOU LIKE IT 4 A DECORATION
