Worst customer service ever, don't buy any electronics equipment form here, I purchased a power station for my family in Cuba the power station arrived without the solar panels that should come with it and on top of that doesn't work and once I call customer support to see what options I have available they said that they are not responsible for anything that happens to the equipment or if it is defective or not that I just had bad luck basically. I don't give a cero star because I can't.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received. My order, which was scheduled for delivery on June 26, has not yet arrived. Today is June 27. I expect the services I pay for to be delivered as promised, and I have only received excuses thus far. It appears that payment processing is efficient, but delivery is not. I advise caution when purchasing from Cuba llama. I am still awaiting the delivery of my package.
