Camera is very good, app needs to be improved The camera takes great pics and videos. The app disconnects from the camera many times on startup if run on a low-end android device, maybe a choice of high res or low res preview size so the preview can be set lower res for low-end devices. Also I wish to have a manual focus option (or lock focus) because the autofocus sometimes jumps to a different area when I press 'record'. Also can a default be set to 'photo' or 'video' on startup. I want to take more videos than photos. And the top button can then start recording on that default.

Photo preview I love this camera but it would be perfect if it enables photo preview before returning to the camera. And please look into the connection as well sometimes it has difficulty to connect and the connection is unstable. Thanks!!

The app DO NOT WORK in newer Android phones, like Samsung S9 with Android version 9! Runs quite well in my older Nexus 5 with android version 6. Do not buy Altek Cubic camera, you will not be able to use it. The app when it starts says"the camera needs firmware update"... The url do not exist! what tf!

The app still request to turning on the camera to connect. in the other hand, i already connect the wifi to my phone, & already turn the camera on. Why is this happening in android? because it works pretty well on ios.
