Cuewise: ABA Data Collection

Cuewise is a fast, offline data-collection app for ABA sessions. Count, time and score several targets at once with big one-handed buttons, then see every target graphed across sessions — ready to share with your supervisor.

Made for RBTs, BCBAs, special-education teachers and parents who take behavior data during sessions and are tired of clipboards, clickers and expensive subscriptions.

EVERY COMMON MEASURE
• Frequency and rate: tap each time it happens, undo any tap
• Duration: start and stop timers for each episode — several can run at once
• Latency: from cue to response, with "no response" recorded separately
• Partial interval, whole interval and momentary time sampling, with a vibration or sound cue at the end of every interval
• ABC recording: antecedent and consequence from your own one-tap lists, plus a narrative note
• Discrete trials: independent, prompted (gestural, model, partial and full physical) or incorrect, with percent correct

BUILT FOR THE SESSION
• All of a client's targets on one screen
• Session timer with pause; paused time is not counted
• Large buttons for one-handed use, haptic feedback
• The screen stays awake while you record
• Session notes; observer and setting saved with each session
• Every tap is saved as it happens

GRAPHS AND PROGRESS
• One line graph per target across sessions: rate per minute, duration, latency, percent of intervals or percent correct
• Phase-change lines (baseline, intervention, maintenance…)
• Mastery criterion line, with a star on the session where it was met

SHARE WITH YOUR TEAM
• Session summary PDF and CSV of every observation
• Graph report PDF and a sessions CSV for spreadsheets
• Share through email, Files, Drive or any app on your phone

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Clients by code, initials or first name — no full names needed
• No account and no server: your data stays on your phone
• Optional passcode or Face ID / fingerprint app lock
• Backup and restore with a file you keep

FREE AND PRO
Free: one client, three targets, frequency and duration, graphs of the last 14 days, with a small banner ad outside the session screen.
Cuewise Pro is a single purchase — no subscription: unlimited clients and targets, every measurement type, full graphs with phase lines, PDF and CSV export, app lock, and no ads.

Cuewise is a data-recording tool. It does not make assessments, diagnoses or recommendations; the numbers are computed from what the observer records.
