Great game but 1 bug the physician legacy requires that you consume reason for belief. It consumes it but nothing happens

An amazing game, I didn't know card games could be so good but this one, God, this game is great, the lore is incredible, and it draws you in, doing run after run can burn you up but then in comes the exile dlc and boom you are hooked again. 10/10 don't regret buying this gem of occult fun. The physician legacy is bugged by the way.

Game is bugged (v3.7). I knew going into this game that it is opaque and gives very few pointers. You progress by trial and error : You die, learn and restart. This is fine and all, except the game is bugged. After multiple tries playing the physician, I looked up the solution and learned I was supposed to feed a reason to "belief" (hook) to progress the game further...except it does nothing, and you can't progress. Now I'm stuck with the nagging : how many runs did I fail because of bugs?

While its true that this game does explain nothing, from its basic systems, to its complex mechanics, It's also true that it's not ported so much as copied exactly from pc which gives it an amazing lack of mobile accessibility or care.
