I'm very grateful for Cura health cz they provided me with hassle-free, time saving lab tests that I did from my home. The sample collecting personnel were very professional, were on time, the whole procedure went smooth. The social media handling personnel guided me well during appointments&everything. Mainly the gynecologist I consulted here was mine favorite. Have encountered many GAEC but Dr Mona Priyadarshini is amazing. Will always prefer this app for my annual checkups onwards.

It was very bad experience using this app I had experienced today while at 9.15 am I book my appointment through this app, and it was accepted, just in while they post notice at 9.22 am doctor on leave, don't book appointment I was in dilemma but when I consult to doctor they are on duty. So, In emergency case how patient will trust this app and no use of this booking I didn't get proper service. I suggest not to download, I got worse experience today brat nursing home, biratnagar no use.

Thought this was the one-stop solution, but I had to call Bidh labs manually, give all the information to the guy (who wrote details with pen & paper) when I had filled up in this app. For the finalé it took 20 mins to confirm that I had paid via eSewa / I called their office (Bidh), receptionist transfers to accounts, accounts transfers to their head that gets the notification and then that guy has to call the guy that visited so that he can leave.
