I deleted Lyft (horrible customer service) and was looking for an alternative. The app has a simple user interface. I like that it gives you the option to choose between a taxi and a rideshare driver. The driver arrived quickly! I am glad I found this service!

I love Curb. Great drivers who know the city, less expensive than Uber and Lyft, and the drivers keep most of the fare. Curb, unlike the others, only keep a reasonable administrative fee.

Helpful and convenient. I was cautious reading other reviews, but the experience ended up being perfect. I needed to plan a pickup from my hotel to the airport, and it worked smoothly. I can't speak for every area, but I found pricing to be better than Uber or Lyft. The timing was relatively accurate, too, and a yellow cab was at the hotel before long. If reviews kept you trying before, give it a try now. I had a solid experience.

Was trying to cancel my ride, so I could go with a different taxi service through this same app, and they disabled my account. Tried to sign up for a different account through a different phone on the same Wi-Fi network and that account was instantly disabled. Only way to get it reactivated is by waiting 24-48 hours for email support. Extremely useless when you're booking for a flight. Ended up going with Uber which was less than Curb. Definitely would never recommend or use this app. Bad support

Just to sign up to use the app is overly complicated and difficult. I'll just stick to Uber and Lyft.

This used to be an excellent app for getting a cab in the DMV area. However, now cabs can take up to 10 minutes and 8 minutes into your wait, cancel the whole ride. If you use Curb give yourself 30 minutes lead time and have Lyft or Uber as a backup.
