Always a great experience, app easy to use. And I'd rather use cabs (I'm in Chicago) than price gouging Uber, and they know the city (instead of staring at a phone GPS map/getting lost like Uber).

Helpful and convenient. I was cautious reading other reviews, but the experience ended up being perfect. I needed to plan a pickup from my hotel to the airport, and it worked smoothly. I can't speak for every area, but I found pricing to be better than Uber or Lyft. The timing was relatively accurate, too, and a yellow cab was at the hotel before long. If reviews kept you trying before, give it a try now. I had a solid experience.

I used Curb exclusively for years. I have never had an Uber or Lyft account, because I want to support NYC hacks and make sure they are getting a fair fare. Today I learned that Curb entered a partnership with the "conservative" far-right, white-supremacist company Newsmax, letting them put their bigoted content in NYC taxis. I guess I am done with Curb. Wrt to their reply: "we collaborate with this who want us dead. That they want us dead doesn't matter."

If I could give 0 stars I would have given. Installed app yesterday, signed up and everything went ok. today when it's time to bool cab for flight app decides to disable my account. If it hadn't been uber I would have been doomed.

I hate this app. Tried it one time and right as I was about to book my ride, I kept getting errors then they temporarily disabled my account. I won't be using this app again.

What is wrong with this terrible app?! I can not log in. I can't rest password. And I can't sign up for new account !!! What gives, ?!?
