I would give this app 10 Stars if I could! Absolute lifesaver!! I was in a situation where both Uber/Lyft were unable to pick me up after several tries, I was unable to see if just nobody around at that time or what. I was stranded, using a cane to get around trying to walk home with groceries, which was a strenuous ordeal. On top of that, I had tried to load $ onto my Cash App in order to book a ride, but wasn't able to! Thankfully the app called me a taxi that I paid $ was able to get home safe!

I feel that I can rely on regulated cabs far more than Uber or Lyft, especially for important rides such as to business meetings or to the airport where timeliness is critical it when ride-sharing apps are sticking out to you with peak pricing, and this app is crucial to getting an equivalent experience in terms of convenience.

I've had too many experiences of drivers accepting trips then driving away from my pickup point or not coming at all. This just happened. And when I called to see what was going on, it rang a few times then gave me a message that the driver hung up. Ended up canceling the ride and going with Uber which was cheaper. Very frustrating.

First time great, but then it crashed after I started to order a ride, and won't reopen. I'm an "unknown entity" by email or number and can't make a new account because of "error" (presumably because I already have one)

There is no way to cancel a ride while it's searching or even after it's found a ride. The price you see is NOT the price you are charged. There is a credit card fee and other fees that are not stated when you hail/get in the ride. I used curb because it showed half the price as Uber. Uber was $31, curb showed $17.95. My ride ended up being $30.27. There was no traffic or any other reason the fare would be more, except for the fees that are not disclosed Bait and switch! Do not use this app!
