I have used Curious Cat on and off for many years now. The payments are instantaneous, the surveys give decent money. Update 2025, I have used this app for quite some time, and it's still consistently quite decent. There are rarely any surveys that crash part-way through, the pay-rate is OK, and Curious Cat still pays instantly to PayPal.

Initially, I didn’t have any problems with this app. However, after using it for three years, my account kept getting locked out of nowhere. I’m the type of person who prefers to withdraw funds once a year to my PayPal account. I’ve already contacted their customer service, but the problem persists even after following the instructions they provided. It has become so frustrating that I feel sick of it. The customer service is slow to resolve the issue.

Most surveys are a scam. Claim to be 2-4minutes long but are 40 minutes. They will block you from logging in if you accumulate too many points. I have been locked out of my account since October 2024. Edit: They are now claiming I have multiple accounts which is completely untrue. I've asked for months for details on this mystery account that doesn't exist, and I am then ignored, and the ticket is closed. Seems like a move to stop me withdrawing the points I earned. Avoid this company

My account suddenly can't log in even though I do have a strong internet connection. It always says "No internet connection" when I do have an internet connection. I was going to withdraw my points then suddenly I couldn't see my balance then the error start. Please help me withdraw my balance and help me log in with my account.
