I loved this app Until my kids found it and downloaded it now my ACC has been locked due to them making another acc it's been locked for over a yr and support team will not unlock it. Have had the same experience with another app, and they were happy enough to unlock my ACC but not this one they told me they won't be unlocking it. This is a scam.

Extremely bad customer service. My account was locked out and I emailed for help. The customer service only repeated one phrase: "please give us the details of your multiple accounts or else we cannot help you". Previously I had explained that I changed phones and got locked out when I tried to log in on my new phone. I also only have one phone number. However, they insisted that I have multiple accounts and ignored all the above message, only asking for my so-called "multiple accounts"
