App does not work for me. Input e-mail to log-in(as a registered customer) get message re 'magic link' and nothing happens!! I notice other comments have similar experience. Cant be doing with phoning up and going to the Office every time especially during the current crisis! Despite comments from developers saying the previous problems are fixed...they obviously aren't!!!

Wish I could rate this a zero! After 3 months I can honestly say this is by far the worst banking service I've ever used. The app is NOT intuitive. The website is worse. They charged me 80 euros for an international bank transfer when they advertise they don't. Had to threaten them to get my money back. The payment and transfer options will suddenly stop working for no reason. They'll charge amounts twice then send an error message. My account manager is useless, wasted my time many times. ZERO!
