Such a good app easy to navigate and product categories are very useful. Downloading selected AR image was easy and tried on the surface without any trouble. It helped me view the item from different angles very similar to a seeing in real. Considering this app provides an opportunity to browse an item with the comfort of home, user would need to take some effort to ensure they follow the instructions especially levelled surface.

Apparently I do not have a flat floor or table, and i would not want a TV on the floor even if the app could find the floor.

what a useless app, downloading takes forever even on a 4g phone/wifi. the product list on the app also doesn't match the listings on the website. having a broken user experience just turns people off from brand as a whole. don't launch an app just because it looks fancy if it doesn't work completely.

Just doesn't work for TVs, always says "downloading your product" when you place it but nothing happens. Works well for appliances though, obviously something is broken for the TV category. I tried a few models, made sure there was space, tested wall mounting etc. All broken.

Doesn't work. Hardly any products then just stuck on downloading product. The online version just tells me to update Google when it is updated...
