Terrible app. Quite often I can't log in due to technical issues, or it says the PIN is incorrect (it's not). Also, I am unable to make any claims because I can't upload any photos and when a claim is made via email, it takes them almost a week to respond, then another week to actually reimburse the money.

The app is filled with bugs, any time I want to make a claim something goes wrong, which usually results in me having to re-install the app in order to make a claim. To add insult to injury Custom Fleet has no online portal to lodge claims either.

Woefully bad, hardly ever works. When you can eventually log in you are unable to upload receipts.
