Texting I love the app, but would love it even more if you could text a customer from inside the app - instead of copying and pasting the phone number into a text. Is that something that could be considered in an update?

Best customer record app so far! This is the best available business record keeping app out there. Love the simple but intuitive design. Syncs with the desktop version quickly. Response from developer is quick just email them if you have any technical problem. Hoping for more improvements in the future!
