I can't load any photos from my android now after the update. I wish you could go back to the old version. I was in the middle of a project and after the update the font styles are all different which messed with my project! More importantly I can't load any pictures! Now I can't finish a project I was working on!

Can't use the app, and it's the only mobile version for this engraver. App shuts down as soon as I try to connect. Can't get past that screen. Guess ill be sending everything back.

App crashes and says there's a bug when trying to connect to laser cutter. Haven't even got to use it yet

Doesn't work at all. Just crashes as soon as you try to connect. Completely incompetent in creating this app.

Was good until I used the roller to do a tumbler. Now even with the roller unplugged, it still acts as if it's plugged in. I can no longer use the app unless it's with the roller! Please help...
