CVSR Train Tracker is an awesome Android app for cell phone that shows locations of the special trains and the normal trains. Iused it for Steam In The Valley 2018. It was a bit tricky to get the train locator dot to show, and I had to kill the app and restart a few times. Maybe the operator and not getting the check marks correct for showing the train – I don’t quite know. The app had problems with locking and becoming unresponsive. Had to kill and restart to recover - many times. The app needs a timetable of scheduled departure times at the stations for both regular and special trains. Hopefully the newer version fixes my last year freezing complaints. I'll add a star in hope. I'll use this again in September 2019.

Great merger of GPS tracking & an audio guide. A few issues did come up.
After restarting the app when it lost signal, it got stuck in the evening
event train & wouldn't go back to my scenic one. Also, make each audio
point of interest able to be played when tapped upon, in case I miss
something during the tour, or if one POI cuts another short. As well,
remove the sentences stating, "leave the audio wand on your seat for the
next passenger to find," a remnant of its previous hardware generation.

This app is absolutely unnecessary and honestly stupid. It's an app that just takes you right to the website, where the website asks you to get the app... It's ridiculous and just really silly. Don't get the app, just use the website.

Apparently no longer works. Always says scenic train is not running despite it running this year.

Constantly crashes I'm not even in the app, and get notified maybe 4 times per day that the app has crashed. Frustrating
