Good app, connects quickly, but not 100% reliable, sometimes hangs when saving, sometimes the dashboard stays overlaid in the adjustments screen. Would like a light interface option. Please clarify the scales, are some in units (like seconds) some are on a scale (10%, 50% etc.) and do not match the documentation. Override or access the autopoweroff function of controller when connected, I regularly get lost connection while working through adjustments. Data logging please! Keep up the good work.

This app works pretty well. Does what it's supposed to do; it configures the motor and provides useful data. Bluetooth reconnects seamlessly most of the time. My only complaint is the lack of tutorial or helper text under some of the input fields. Granted, the user manual on the CYC's website does provide descriptions of the various fields.

The app works way better than I expected. Everything just works. Connects superfast and displays all info clearly. Using pro gen3 and loving it. One small thing is the app icon doesn't show on the home screen, the default android icon shows up instead

Got it to work a few times, but mostly the App stalls at "services discovered" after I tap on my motor. I can modify settings if I hit back but any attempts to save changes results in an infinite loading screen.

Doesn't start up. Wish I didn't get my motorized from these guys, because until the app works, I can't even get it to configure properly for 48v.

Only thing it works on the app is when you hit search, it lights up? Other than that, it does nothing. I'm starting to regret buying this overpriced motor
