CycleSync

CycleSync is fitness that syncs with your cycle. Your energy, strength and recovery change across the month, so your training should too. CycleSync builds your workout plan around each phase of your cycle.

A PLAN FOR EVERY PHASE
- Tell us about your cycle, goals, fitness level and the days you can train.
- Get a plan that pushes harder when you have more energy and eases off when your body needs recovery.
- Choose what you want from it: build strength, lose fat, boost daily energy, ease PMS symptoms, steady your mood or understand your body.

WORKOUTS THAT FIT YOUR KIT
- Train at home with just the floor, with a set of dumbbells, or in the gym with barbells, racks and machines.
- Follow guided sessions with video demonstrations of every exercise.
- Pick the trainer you want to work out with.

A PRIVATE CYCLE TRACKER
- Log your period, symptoms, mood, cervical mucus, notes and weight in a quick daily check-in.
- See predictions for your next period and how long your cycles usually last.
- Spot patterns in your symptoms across cycles.

GENTLE REMINDERS
- A nudge on your training days, a heads-up the day before your period is due, and a note when each new phase begins.
- Turn each one on or off in Settings.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE
- Your cycle and health logs are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and stored on your device, not on a CycleSync server.
- No ads and no advertising or analytics trackers. We never sell your data.
- Erase your data, or delete your account and data, at any time from Settings.
- Optionally save your completed workouts to Health Connect.

SUBSCRIPTION
CycleSync needs a subscription to use. Choose a yearly plan with a 3-day free trial for new subscribers, or a weekly plan. Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.

CycleSync is for general fitness and wellbeing. It is not a medical device and should not be used for contraception or to diagnose or treat any condition. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise programme.
