Cylinder Tunes

Cylinder Tunes is a calm music-box puzzle game set in a cosy pixel-art workshop. You are the maker at the workbench: every level is a brass cylinder made of rings of little enamel note tokens, and your job is to turn those rings until the rows line up into the melody pinned above them. When the last token clicks into place, the cylinder sings its tune.

Each cylinder has three to five rings, and each ring carries a loop of six to twelve note tokens - crotchets, quavers, little bells, star pins, moons, leaves and more. Through the window you see three rows. Swipe a ring up or down, or tap the brass arrows, and the tokens roll round like the teeth of a wheel. Match every marked row to its melody slip, and the comb plays the phrase you just set, note by note.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick a music box on the workbench and choose a cylinder from its shelf.
2. Read the melody slip, then turn the rings until each marked row matches it - matched tokens glow turquoise along the comb line.
3. Listen as the cylinder plays, collect your stars and brass gears, and add the tune to your library.
4. Spend gears to lift the lid of the next box and meet its new rule.

WHY CYLINDER TUNES
It is a puzzle you can play slowly. There is no timer pressure and no lives to lose - just a counter of turns and a par to aim for if you enjoy a challenge. The art is crisp 32-pixel art of brass mechanisms, walnut shelves and tiny ballerinas, and every melody is played on a soft music-box comb. Sound effects, melody playback, haptics, reduced motion and the link guides can each be switched on or off in Settings.

Cylinder Tunes works fully offline. There are no accounts, no ads, no tracking and no in-app purchases. Your progress is stored only on your device.
