Subject: Pitch detection error with E2/E3 registers Hi CymaScope Team, I’m experiencing pitch recognition issues. When I sing E2 (82.4Hz) and E3 (164.8Hz), the app fails to recognize the fundamental frequencies and displays incorrect patterns. Is the algorithm locking onto vocal overtones instead? Is there a <100Hz detection floor due to mic high-pass filtering? Can I route a direct audio signal to bypass the internal mic? Thank you for any guidance. Best, Alexander Maďar

Can I get a refund the app doesn't work on my phone when I want you to just hangs at the beginning where it says preparing to download video?

On Android S21 this app appears to not work well at all. It seems unable to record my voice, although I can get it to record the piano. The warning message is really bad UX and the mic, play and record buttons are mostly unresponsive. V poor experience. I'm a programmer, so I know bad UX when I see it and assume you haven't tested well on Android-hint: buy an android phone and test it. The owner likely had an iPhone, and it probably works well there, but they haven't tested good enough on Android.

Add-on content will not load, app will not launch. Spinning wheel of nothing. VPN / no VPN, permissions adjusted, mobile data / Wi-Fi, power cord / no power cord. Going to keep trying but requesting a refund if it continues. Disappointing.
