I had the worst experience with a support team in my life, i sent a message in the live chat and explained the situation where I need help, they replied 2 days later (even though It's supposed to be live chat support) and asks some few questions I replied, and they never replied again, I tried to send another messages, and they still didn't reply, the issue I faced was very requiring me to need assistance from support, so till now I cant use the service just because of the support team isn't replying

Slow app too many bugs like Metamask app same problem on both app I uninstalled cypher wallet because too much slow and lag.my phone processor is snapdragon 6 gen 1 still lags why??

Crypher card lndia not service provider in temporary closed. App ban in India. Check card apply card services closed do not use it. We can see it not use

I downloaded the cypher wallet app in my itel phone. I clicked on 12 word secret phrase and waited patiently for the 12 secret word phase to come, but it's been two hours since I waited. It reads loading. Why is it delaying so long to show me the 12 word secret phrase? What is causing this problem? I tried everything. Uninstall and reinstall the cypher wallet app, restarting my phone, and it doesn't work.
