We bought a house in October 2025, and it's been a battle to pay our mortgage every month. I can never get our mortgage account to load in the app to pay it, then there's no Cyprus locations next to me, so I have to drive 20 minutes every month to pay the mortgage.

Its terrible, when it was just nebo credit union app. It was ALOT better and more efficient. Over all, I think the merge was a bad idea. I like nebo credit union way more when it was on its own.

The app is okay the new update with the accounts you have to swipe to see the balances I just want to be able to see them all when I open the app easily without having to scroll around. Additionally I literally can't even close the box that says beware of fraud. My phone isn't scaling for some reason, so I cannot click the x and because it's scroll to see accounts I can't even see my main accounts balance. Kinda ridiculous that I can't access my accounts due to a box

Since it last updated, it's terrible. The screen completely goes up almost out of screen when you try to scroll. You try and scroll through the pages, and instead the entire page scrolls up put of screen.
