★★★★★ Love this app! There are always new recipes that are added, great information about the types of PCOS, tons of workouts and once a month live workouts to do with Tallene and her husband!! And more!!

★★★★★ Love all the recipes in the app. Really enjoy the new workouts. The meal prepping helps me stay on track easily.

★★★★★ I love the Sisterhood app! My favorite part to use is the recipes section, I use it every week to prep my meals. They are all gluten and dairy free recipes (which is so convenient for me since I have celiac disease along with PCOS). Also, the new workout section is fantastic and so user-friendly! I really appreciate they are in video form and that there is a built-in 60-second rest timer between sets. This app has been my guide for healthier living and managing my symptoms since January.

★★☆☆☆ Can't do ANYTHING without a subscription. You can't even view the app without a subscription. How can I know if it's worth it when I don't even know what I'm signing up for? To not even have access to the bare-bones basics and LEARN what the app is and does without a sub is just BS. I immediately removed the app when I saw that all access was locked behind a pay wall.

★★☆☆☆ I have PCOS and when I found this app I was so excited but come to find out if you want to help your health with this app you gotta pay a subscription. 3 day free trial. Sorry I'm not paying to help my PCOS when I can find ways to do it free. I DON'T recommend this app.
