★★★★★ The app is amazing, but you should consider operation charges when depositing at least should be free. Charges to apply on withdrawals only. Wakulima wadogo, wen ye tuna deposit kitu kidogo every now and then tunaumia. I get charged to deposit and also to withdraw, that's not economical. DISCLAIMER: By me saying this doesn't mean mscrap off deposit cost alafu muiongeze kwa withdrawals. I know most institutions that's how they do. Or at least mseme 1000 amd below deposits are free.

★★☆☆☆ This app or maybe Conn is quite unreliable. Sometimes you may want to withdraw money to Mesa and not be able to do it. It's risky if you're in a tight spot and can't access your money readily. Conn needs to do so much better.
