★★☆☆☆ There's NO way you can reset your password. Tried all of the reset verifications on both mobile and desktop. Also sent emails to the help desk twice over the past week but have yet received no response. Please allow users to change their passwords and get their accout back. Many of us paid a lot of money to buy BGMs and cyworld items. 비밀번호 재설정이 안되서 로그인을 못합니다. 현재 핸드폰 이메일 인증 전부 다 오류메시지 뜨고 보내기 버튼 활성화도 안 되어 있습니다. 문자 인증번호로 변경 시도를 해도 gateway time out 뜹니다. 고객센터 이메일 답변도 아직 받지 못했어요. 빨리 해결 부탁드립니다!
