Can't use Dave & Busters gift cards through the app to refresh cards. Can't use gift cards at the kiosk in the arcade either, they force you to go to the front desk. I even tried adding the gift card through Google Pay, but I'm only allowed to select debit or credit cards. 😒

Went with family on March 29th ave spent $250.00 My fiancé took a bite of coleslaw ave made a discussing face, so I took it and smelled it, and it was spoiled. Told the waiter who smelled it himself and said it didn't smell right. He talked to the cooks who said it wasn't expired. a apologized alot but didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. My fiancé has been in bed sick since Sunday night. Today is Wednesday. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

This app is a POS. Digital card is automatically deleted when transfer balance to a physical card... and cannot create a new digital card without paying again even if have balance on a physical card to transfer. Dave and busters needs a new IT team.
