Great games and food. We love the Boneless wings. Getting the cards with the food really makes it worth it. They Updated some games as well and the Kids are ready to try them!

The previous version was ok. It worked, just not great. The one that was just released in 6/2020 doesn't work at all. Downloaded. Error. Uninstall. Download. Error. Error. Error. Uninstall. Download. Error. Put the effort of trying to fix this bug into the customer service at the venues. UPDATE - The app works a lot better now. New features and everything work great.

Cannot add payment. This has been an ongoing issue. How can I buy chips if I can't add my payment? Normally the app works great, but now suddenly my valid working card is suddenly not being accepted as a payment method. Please fix.

I have been a loyal fan of Dave & Buster’s. I was there for the grand opening of the first D&B here in Puerto Rico, and I have also visited locations in Florida and New York. Today, while trying to redeem one of the “perks” for an appetizer, the server told me that I should have ordered an entrée, even though the app does not state that anywhere. This is extremely frustrating because I have genuinely followed all the steps to redeem the offers, yet in Puerto Rico they always seem to create rule

I have let the update happen twice in this app. Both times I have lost the cards and the tickets. This is kind of shady stuff.

DON'T BOTHER using the app. The employees don't acknowledge the free perks that you're supposed to receive when you get there, such as the 100 extra tokens you're supposed to get after using the app to purchase tokens. The Center drive location in Westchester, ca didn't give the kids their extra tokens. The app is GARBAGE. Instead of leaving a comment about how sorry you are to hear how unsatisfied your customers are, and leaving a link to a form for us to fill out...y'all need to reimburse them!

Rip off--charge to activate a digital card!! Buy a digital card, and they charge you to activate it!!! Seriously, this should be illegal AND CLEARLY ADVERTISED AS A FEE. To the employee of Dave busters reading this. Don't respond unless you have a solution.
