Great games and food. We love the Boneless wings. Getting the cards with the food really makes it worth it. They Updated some games as well and the Kids are ready to try them!

I have been a loyal fan of Dave & Buster’s. I was there for the grand opening of the first D&B here in Puerto Rico, and I have also visited locations in Florida and New York. Today, while trying to redeem one of the “perks” for an appetizer, the server told me that I should have ordered an entrée, even though the app does not state that anywhere. This is extremely frustrating because I have genuinely followed all the steps to redeem the offers, yet in Puerto Rico they always seem to create rule

I can no longer access or manage the cards in my app. The whole menu at the bottom of the screen is missing. I have a significant amount of chips and progress saved on my cards and none of our seems to be available to me. Very disappointing. I used to be able to manage it and know how my kids used their cards.

DON'T BOTHER using the app. The employees don't acknowledge the free perks that you're supposed to receive when you get there, such as the 100 extra tokens you're supposed to get after using the app to purchase tokens. The Center drive location in Westchester, ca didn't give the kids their extra tokens. The app is GARBAGE. Instead of leaving a comment about how sorry you are to hear how unsatisfied your customers are, and leaving a link to a form for us to fill out...y'all need to reimburse them!

Cannot add payment. This has been an ongoing issue. How can I buy chips if I can't add my payment? Normally the app works great, but now suddenly my valid working card is suddenly not being accepted as a payment method. Please fix.

This app is a POS. Digital card is automatically deleted when transfer balance to a physical card... and cannot create a new digital card without paying again even if have balance on a physical card to transfer. Dave and busters needs a new IT team.
