Poor service. Keeps logging off and doesn't allow access saying there is error. Or no network. Wether in the country or abroad. I would definitely withdraw my money once am back. Till you have a proper service and proper and user-friendly app I would never recommend Poste tn

I have seen YouTube tutorial 3-hour projects that are better than this app I can't believe that there are no meaningful error message, it's just an error, and you have to guess, and there are a LOT of errors

Worst app I’ve ever used. Random errors with no explanation, useless chat, no dark mode, and no notifications when I receive money. I have to open the app every time just to check payments. This is a government app making millions in fees how are basic features still missing? Embarrassing.
