Dad Unit

THE DAD UNIT
A fitness community built for dads, by dads.
Not another workout tracker. A proven system that's transformed thousands of fathers, backed by a brotherhood that holds the line and pushes through competition.
We focus on functional strength training that makes you look good and perform even better. Sure, you'll get a six-pack. You'll also be able to run a mile with your six-year-old on your back.
Look great. Be useful. Don't settle for one.
PICK YOUR TRACK
Three tracks built around your goals, your equipment, and your real-world time. Jacked Dad, Hybrid Dad or Foundation. You can cut, bulk or recomp with goal-aware macros tuned to your TDEE, not some generic calculator your wife's coworker swears by.

PICK YOUR FIRE TEAM
This is a social app at its core. Although you can take the lone wolf route and just grind on your own but life’s better when you do it with friends.

Fire Teams are small squads of dads who push each other, compete weekly, and call out the silence when one of you ghosts.
Start your own team with your real-life crew or jump into an open team and make new friends. Either way, you've got dads in your corner and dads breathing down your neck. That's the whole point.
THE OPERATING SYSTEM
The Dad Unit isn't a workout tracker glued to a food log. It's one system where everything talks to everything.
Your training, your nutrition, your sleep, your steps, your weight, your HRV, your VO2 max — all flowing into one place. Metrics, graphs, data - it’s all the stuff dads need and love.

And then there's Sergeant Gains, your AI coach. He pulls all your data and tells you the truth. You skipped two workouts and your protein is garbage? He notices. No sugar coating. No participation ribbons.
TICK THE BOXES
TTFB. Five daily habits that accrue points and make you look better. Train, Eat, Sleep, hydrate, and move. The whole program runs on it. Miss them and the leaderboard knows. Hit them and you start watching the rank tick up.
RANK UP
Dad Bod. Weekend Warrior. Suburban Spartan. All the way to Alpha Dad. You don't buy rank. You earn it. And Alpha Dad requires passing the PT test, so don't get cute.
COMPETE OR COAST
WED WODs. FYFridays. Weekly Challenges. Fire Teams Ranks. 41+ leaderboards. Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, all-time. Global and team. You can hide from a lot of things in life. You can't hide from the board.
BUILT BY A GREEN BERET AND CELEBRITRY TRAINER TURNED DAD BOD DESTROYER
A former Special Forces medic and celebrity trainer got tired of watching dads dissolve into recliners. So he built this. Used every day by actual fathers.

NO BS. JUST SHOW UP.
