Description
It tells the story of Carlos' journey after he receives a distress call from his father, pleading for him to return to his old home and rescue his dad. As he continues exploring the house, Carlos encounters many terrifying yet 'cute' monsters. As he solves the puzzles before him, he draws ever closer to the truth... Freud once said: "Love and work, work and love...that's all there is." But what of the pain, the struggles that arise when we're forced to choose between our ambitions and love? In dealing with such conundrums, we’ve all likely hurt those we hold dearest to us. For it's often in the darkness that we feel most safe. With Dad's Monster House, I wish to provide those kinds of heartrending memories a chance at redemption. I dedicate it to scientists, to my childhood dreams; to those I love, and to faded memories. [Gameplay] A sudden call in the deep of night has you return to a house you haven't visited for many a year. You must unravel one puzzle after another: to from within scenes intertwined with memories find clues and get to the bottom of your father's secret. The choice of whether to redeem or ultimately end this sad story lies in your hands.

A really nice game with a very cool story. I especially love that there's secrets even after finishing the game. But I just wish you had a hint system. I needed to use a walkthrough 2 or 3 times because some of the puzzles are really difficult to figure out.

Greatest game! A bit challenging, but still more than possible to complete without any hints. Small bug with the achievements - I have created an untidot even before finding a way to the room with small monsters and creo-chamber, and saved papa almost right after the timer started, papa is sleeping on the sofa, but my achievements say that I failed to save papa and same for antidote achievement... Not sure why, but this is definitely incorrect

Different and intriguing story, yet, very much in the same vein as Island as far as gameplay. Some of the puzzles were pretty cryptic, and I was left wondering what to do next on occasion, but still found the game enjoyable I wish there had been a more extensive cutscene at the end. Collecting the photo fragments after the main game was a nice epilogue.

Awesome game. Wish they'd make more like this. I also wish they'd put Mr. pumpkins adventure in the play store! Only complaint I have about this game is, no hints. I had to watch part of the walkthrough once or twice.

There are no hints even in the first level, and the light puzzle is nearly impossible to get past without a skip button. I'd like my money refunded asap. Thank you. Other than that, the game looked like it has potential to be a favorite.

There are puzzles in this game that don't seem to have any answer other than guessing. I finally had to consult a walk through, and I still don't know how they came up with some of these solution to the puzzles. Other reviews have said the same thing. Games that do this kind of thing make it very frustrating, hence my score for this game. Other than that the artwork and stuff is nice.
