DahabPlus is an excellent app for managing finances in Somalia, offering great convenience for mobile money transfers and bill payments. However, the user experience could be significantly enhanced by adding the ability to transfer funds to and from other local banks in Somalia (e.g., Premier Bank, Amal Bank, etc.) directly within the app, similar to existing functionalities for the other local banks applications and mobile wallets.

Great app. I am giving it a rating of four. As I live far from the bank, this app provides a reliable and real time service, which I greatly appreciate. I would suggest that Dahabshiil consider adding a feature that allows users to download bank statements for at least the last six months without needing to visit the branch. It would also be helpful to be able to download transfer slips in PDF format.

Selam team DahabPlus. There is no customer care. I called you more than once, and I didn't get any answer. I forgot my password. This app isn't allowed to reset my password. When you request your OTP, you can't get it until they allow you manually, and they don't pick up the phone. Your customer service is very weak.

Ahab Plus is the worst service I have ever used in Somalia, especially when compared to services from other companies like the Waafi App. The Ahab Plus app is missing many features; for example, when checking your statement, you cannot see what your balance was on a specific date. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this app because the day you encounter a glitch or a problem, you won't find anyone to fix it for you, and you might risk losing access to your funds

No wonder why wafi is better than this app, I can't even set up my wallet, keep saying "this wallet is being added to existing edahabplus account" yet it's not working what a waste😂
