Have paid yearly subscription which payment has already been taken for but the app has not renewed readings despite being uninstalled and reinstalled. Please advise.

I've recently reinstalled and re-subscribed to the app, and it's coming up with readings from 1st January 2014...It's now 2024! And the functionality of the app now seems non-existent. When I've used it in the past it's been great. What's gone wrong??!

Not updated. When I pressed "Days" & "next" the screen went blank-white. Scripture Union's printed devotionals have been my fave since I repented & I used to read them to improve my English. I was really glad when I saw the SU app in Google Play Store. Please fix the app. I really want to read those life-building devotionals.🤗
