Why is it that while playing the game and filling the boxes, it suddenly goes off and I have to on again my cp. the boxes that I answered are not saved so that I have to go back and answer again. I've observed that it gets off every after one minute. Is the filling of boxes timed? If yes how can I disregard or disable the timer.

Given five stars even though I'm disappointed for the reasons given below. These crosswords are great. Free online though. Disappointed that I only got to play one crossword which was predominantly American, and I'm British. Then I ask to pay for any others or watch ads. I downloaded the app because I like these online. Except for the American answers. Never going to get those. It's free online because the independent pays this developer. So waited my time using data to download.

A good crossword game. The clue should have in parentheses if the answer is more than one word, as other crosswords do. Correct that, and I'd give it 5 stars! Update: after playing for a few days, ive ran across 2 puzzles which were too big to fit in the screen. Strangely enough, they were on Wednesday 8/3/2022, and today 8/10/2022. I guess ill just have to uninstall this game. Now the game loads too big for the screen every day. Not worth the trouble. I've changed my review to 1 star.

On the larger puzzles the app is so slow that you can type the word, and it takes 30 seconds before the letters appear. Uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still slow. It took me over two hours to complete only half of the puzzle.😡
