I expected reliability with a paid plan, but I’ve gone two months without access to pro features. Support hasn’t answered my thread or offered any solution. Really undermines trust in the app. No resolution, no communication -- I paid for something I can't even use. Very disappointing experience.

I can't even sign up since it can't find my home airport. I understand Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport isn't the biggest or busiest in the world, but the app can't find it. I tried searching with its call sign, BZN, zip code, city and state but no luck. The only way to make an account is to put a random airport, but I don't want to do that.

Ok, sorry to say this, but the prices are way higher than I always pay to fly using the direct airline apps. So far I haven't found a single fare that wasn't 3 times higher than just checking with the actual airlines :[
