The best yoga app I've used so far. Very extensive, excellent quality of movies, sound and instructions. It has many yoga and meditation programs, whole sessions devoted to a variety of body issues, body sculpting and body parts. Additionally, it develops knowledge about the basics of yoga and Ayurveda. It is very motivating and reminds you of the scheduled sessions. You can join the challenges that are additional motivation. A sensational product!

Working at a computer all day, when I stopped doing my old yoga routines after covid, I found myself very tight and unsteady on my feet. I found this app and am so glad I did. I love being able to pick the level for me and choose the length and focus of the workout. And really like that it's laid out in progressive sessions.

Terrible customer service. Cancelled my trial subscription with them, and they confirmed the same with an email. Three weeks later they took another payment from me. I contacted them, and they refused to refund me my money, even though they confirmed the cancelation. Stay clear away from them.

Too desperate for money. First you overwhelm people to buy your premium even before taking a single class and evaluate how the overall experience is. Now that I have taken a premium subscription you are continuously harassing with on the face advertisement for master class, 2-year plan, meditation subscription. Don't be soo greedy. Let your customer get some value out of the app first, and please stop annoying your premium customer.

Horrid customer service. I accidentally purchased a second membership. I already have this membership &: don't need a second one, nor could I use two at the same time. I've reached out several times to request a refund, but DY told me I have to do a 21-day challenge before they will issue a refund for the second membership. I've tried to resolve with DY several times without resolution. My only recourse at this point is to file a case with my CC and change my review. Requests 385488 and 381829.
